KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 19 — The proposed policy and framework of the Parliamentary Services Bill has received positive response in the Dewan Rakyat and Dewan Negara.

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 27 — The draft on Parliament Transformation recommendations to revive the Parliamentary Services Act 1963 and several amendments related to the Houses of Parliament (Privileges and Powers) Act 1952 is expected to be submitted to the Cabinet before March.

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 10 — The government has been urged to reinstate the Parliamentary Services Act 1963 that was repealed in 1992 in an effort to enhance the autonomy of Parliament, including the Dewan Negara as an influential forum in determining national policy.
